β’ 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience β’ 3+ years selling into the Enterprise segment β’ Track record of overachieving quota β’ Experience selling to central buying/IT teams and managing stakeholders β’ Ability to successfully close 6-figure ARR deals β’ Strong prospecting, account planning, and team selling experience β’ Ability to partner with business leaders and executives β’ Consultative approach and ability to navigate client complexities β’ Strong communication and executive presence β’ Passionate about Airtable's mission β’ Excellent problem-solving skills β’ Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
