Description

• Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline, and close customers onto Airtable Platform • Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers • Prioritize book of business and develop account plans • Source expansion opportunities and tell compelling stories to CIO and other relevant executives • Own the full sales-cycle • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle • Educate and consult customers on the value of Airtable • Model use cases for different industries • Manage inbound and outbound email effectively • Forecast performance against sales targets

Requirements

• 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience • 3+ years selling into the Enterprise segment • Track record of overachieving quota • Experience selling to central buying/IT teams and managing stakeholders • Ability to successfully close 6-figure ARR deals • Strong prospecting, account planning, and team selling experience • Ability to partner with business leaders and executives • Consultative approach and ability to navigate client complexities • Strong communication and executive presence • Passionate about Airtable's mission • Excellent problem-solving skills • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn

Benefits
