β€’ Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline, and close customers onto Airtable Platform β€’ Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers β€’ Prioritize book of business and develop account plans β€’ Source expansion opportunities and tell compelling stories to CIO and other relevant executives β€’ Own the full sales-cycle β€’ Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle β€’ Educate and consult customers on the value of Airtable β€’ Model use cases for different industries β€’ Manage inbound and outbound email effectively β€’ Forecast performance against sales targets

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience β€’ 3+ years selling into the Enterprise segment β€’ Track record of overachieving quota β€’ Experience selling to central buying/IT teams and managing stakeholders β€’ Ability to successfully close 6-figure ARR deals β€’ Strong prospecting, account planning, and team selling experience β€’ Ability to partner with business leaders and executives β€’ Consultative approach and ability to navigate client complexities β€’ Strong communication and executive presence β€’ Passionate about Airtable's mission β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills β€’ Growth mindset and eagerness to learn

Benefits
