Description

• Provide advice and counsel on employment law issues • Stay up to date on changes to employment laws and regulations • Manage outside counsel as needed • Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements • Deliver trainings on employment-related issues • Manage investigations and respond to claims • Create employment-related strategies and optimize business objectives • Build and maintain process tools to scale legal function • Participate in projects for efficient employment law support • Collaborate with teams across Airtable

Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent with membership in at least one state bar • Minimum of 6 years' experience as practicing employment attorney • In-house experience preferred • Familiarity with UK employment laws and PEOs a plus • Ability to draft precise documents • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and solution-oriented • Organizational and project management skills • High integrity and excellent judgment • Clear and thoughtful communicator • Strategic and detail-oriented • Skilled at building relationships across functional teams

Benefits

• Base salary range $212,500 - $276,900 for San Francisco bay area, Seattle, NYC and LA • Base salary range $191,300 - $249,200 for all other work locations including remote • Benefits and restricted stock units available
