📋 Description

• Identify and approach qualified candidates • Conduct sourcing activities across multiple channels • Perform phone or video pre-screenings • Assess candidates' skills and motivations • Write interview reports • Present selected profiles to our agency or directly to clients depending on the assignment • Build and maintain your candidate network • Ensure professional follow-up of the candidate experience • Occasionally participate in end-to-end recruitment projects • Monitor digital roles and employment market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent hunting appreciated • Independent status or desire to work as a freelancer • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening • Ability to organize work autonomously • Capacity to quickly identify the right profiles • Results-oriented with a focus on service quality • Candidate sourcing • Conducting interviews • Profile assessment • Client and candidate relationship management • Use of job boards and professional networks • Proficiency with office and collaboration tools • Experience recruiting for IT, Digital or Cybersecurity is a plus • Knowledge of development, data, cloud or infrastructure roles • Experience in a recruitment agency • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced sourcing tools • Established professional network in the IT or digital sectors
