âą Identify and approach qualified candidates âą Conduct sourcing activities across multiple channels âą Conduct phone or video pre-screenings âą Assess candidates' skills and motivations âą Write interview reports âą Present selected profiles to our firm or directly to clients depending on the assignment âą Build and maintain your candidate network âą Ensure professional follow-up of the candidate experience âą Occasionally participate in end-to-end recruitment projects âą Monitor digital/IT roles and job market trends
