Description

• Understand terms and levers of value capture for payer products • Coordinate and project manage cross-functional team of payer growth stakeholders • Serve as single-threaded owner/project coordinator for assigned payer products • Collaborate with various teams to ensure product understanding and meet growth goals • Research and develop strategies for healthcare payers communication and value-based care • Develop, launch, and manage Payer segment strategy and ABM campaigns • Report on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Value-based care, Marketing, Business, Economics, Health Admin, or related field • 3-5 years of combined experience in value-based care, marketing operations, campaign management, or B2B marketing • Direct work experience in Payer Contract/Product Marketing preferred • Experience working with healthcare payers • Project management software experience, preferably Salesforce and Monday.com • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively with stakeholders • Advanced communication and writing skills • Ability to lead discussions across seniority levels • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision
