Description

• Lead the Talent and Culture team in talent acquisition, development, and retention • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the Head of Talent • Design training and professional development programs for current and potential employees in collaboration with the Head of People • Define and promote the organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives • Manage and optimize performance evaluation processes, establishing relevant metrics and KPIs to measure employee performance and progress • Collaborate with directors of other teams to ensure talent objectives are aligned with organizational needs • Supervise the performance and satisfaction of employees, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions • Implement wellness programs to promote a healthy and productive work environment • Manage and optimize the budget allocated to the Talent and Culture department • Stay informed about trends and best practices in talent management and human resources, and incorporate them as appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Labor Relations or related fields • Minimum 7 years of previous experience as a Head of People or Sr HRBP roles • Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset • Experience navigating complex scenarios, acting as an advisor to senior leadership stakeholders • Experience in startups will be highly valued, either by working directly in a similar company or managing a new project unit in a larger organization • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency in English (minimum B2+) • Knowledge of the Latin American market
