• 1+ years of experience in customer service or recruiting, visual screening, sourcing • Ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills • Inclusive collaborator who thrives in an inclusive company culture • Quick thinker who can work with minimal supervision • Proactive, responsive, multitasking and detail oriented • Critical thinking and problem solving • Experience in retail projects is a plus • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and empathy • Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
