Description

• Efficiently manage a high volume of recruitment tasks, even under tight deadlines and pressure • Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with candidates and team members • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure project and client requests are met • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process • Interview and screen potential candidates for full-time and part-time roles • Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits • Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers questions • Ensure a positive representatives/merchandisers' experience throughout the recruitment process • Explain work opportunities and answer candidates' questions • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Collaborate with your Team Lead and other recruiters to meet staffing needs • Maximize earned revenue against project contracts • Execute tasks essential for achieving assignment success • Identify and match service partners with clients, resolving roadblocks when they arise • Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements • Set appointments for prospective merchandisers in specific stores to complete projects

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or recruiting, visual screening, sourcing • Ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills • Inclusive collaborator who thrives in an inclusive company culture • Quick thinker who can work with minimal supervision • Proactive, responsive, multitasking and detail oriented • Critical thinking and problem solving • Experience in retail projects is a plus • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and empathy • Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
