• Oversee and execute comprehensive digital strategies ensuring exceptional experiences across all channels aligned with our brand direction and commercial goals. • Lead the development & management of our websites and all other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience (CX) and improve overall performance. • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted audiences to our website. • Support and facilitate the launch of new websites initiatives and all campaigns. • Implement dashboards and other analytical tools to track ROI and establish regular reporting to track effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize performance.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing and 5-10+ years of experience executing and demonstrating digital marketing value/ • 5+ years of experience working with a CRM platform, ideally Salesforce (but others could include HubSpot, Microsoft dynamics, SugarCRM). • 5+ years of experience managing websites with a CMS solution (WordPress, Joomla or Drupal). • Experienced in a CRO or life sciences environment preferred. • Strong knowledge of clinical research and/or imaging services in CROs. • Expert in management of websites, optimization, landing pages, CX touchpoints/journey, UTMs. • Experience in managing PPC campaigns, website content, and digital integrations. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM principles. • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing. • Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media campaigns. • Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking, ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. • Ability to develop comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
