Description

• As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes and driving efficiency across the organization • Develop and implement lead lifecycle and lead scoring strategies that align with best practices and drive efficiency • Create and manage Marketo workflows, program templates and smartlists with a focus on efficiency and traceability • Oversee opt-in compliance including GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CCPA, collaborating with business systems and revenue operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, revenue operations, and business systems • Maintain data integrity within Marketo and Salesforce, including lead routing, campaign attribution, and reporting • Generate best-in-class full funnel reporting to track channel, territory and campaign performance • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on Marketo and Salesforce best practices • Manage marketing tools such as Salesloft and Qualified, to meet the needs of the business • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, automation, and technology

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Proficiency in Marketo marketing automation platform, including building campaigns, workflows, and smart lists • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and marketing/sales funnel optimization • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including data management, reporting, and integration with Marketo • Excellent analytical skills with an innate ability to translate data into actionable insights and resolve issues efficiently • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Marketo Certified Expert or similar certification • Knowledge of additional marketing technologies and platforms, such as Salesloft, Qualified, LinkedIn Campaign manager and Google Analytics
