📋 Description

• Digitize existing procurement and vendor-management processes and continuously optimize them using AI technologies • Contribute to and drive strategic procurement projects • Implement and further develop quality assurance measures • Prepare data-driven analyses, presentations, and process documentation • Assist external service providers with using the billing system • Manage the team inbox and respond professionally to email inquiries • Serve as the first point of contact for telephone inquiries from external partners • Work effectively with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools while following data governance, security, and ethical-use standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or commercial/technical vocational training • Strong MS Office skills and affinity for IT systems • Fluent in German • Very good written and spoken English skills • Confident and professional telephone and written communication • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style • Team-player attitude and strong service mindset • Ability to use AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools responsibly in line with data governance, security, and ethical-use standards
