• Source candidates for construction and engineering roles including Project Managers, Estimators, and field leadership positions • Build targeted candidate lists using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and Boolean search techniques • Identify and engage passive candidates through email, phone, and messaging outreach • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track outreach activity within the ATS • Qualify candidates based on role requirements before passing to recruiters or account managers • Continuously refine search strategies based on role feedback and market conditions • Conduct market mapping to identify competitors and talent pools in specific regions • Collaborate with recruiters to align on candidate profiles and submission priorities • Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining consistent sourcing output
• 3+ years of sourcing experience in recruiting or staffing environments • Experience sourcing for construction, engineering, or skilled trades roles preferred • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates effectively • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-volume recruiting environment • Must have direct sourcing experience (not only coordination or administrative support) • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
