• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, and similar tools • Conduct 10–15 phone/Zoom interviews daily • Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify interest • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships • Manage pipelines, scheduling, and follow-ups • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS
• Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or admin support • Fluent English (spoken + written) – must be comfortable on calls • Confident with cold calling and candidate outreach • Professional and active LinkedIn profile required • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable on Zoom/video interviews • Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable • Full-time availability ( US hours required, occasional weekends )
