📋 Description

• Manage and grow influencer and affiliate partnerships with a focus on reach, authenticity and revenue • Research suitable creators, evaluate potential and select appropriate partners • Establish new partnerships and sustainably maintain existing relationships • Coordinate briefings, product shipments, campaigns and content approvals • Monitor the effectiveness of collaborations and derive follow-up measures • Develop new ideas for creator campaigns, UGC and authentic content • Systematically expand affiliate marketing with a view to long-term growth • Work closely with Marketing, Content and E‑commerce teams and actively contribute your own ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or creator management within e‑commerce • A strong sense for brands, people and authentic communication • Enjoy building networks and maintaining relationships long‑term • Structured, independent working style and drive to execute operational tasks • Excellent communication skills, reliability and a good sense of tone • Confident with numbers and performance metrics • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Optional: background in equestrian sports or a genuine interest in the horse world
