Description

• Highly skilled Enterprise Solution Architect required for bridging gap between Altium Sales, customer tech requirements, and Deployment team • Must have background in presales activities, working with Account Managers, demonstrating product functionality, developing customer success and deployment plans • Involves understanding customer environment, discussing and demonstrating value of Altium’s Enterprise solutions, and providing clear communication of solution's value • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, define technical strategies, and communicate value based on customer requirements • Participate in discovery calls, conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training • Manage technical strategy, serve as primary technical contact, help with product requirement definition and adoption issues • Build customer relationships, provide technical influence, assist with escalations, collaborate with Engineering teams, and drive product adoption and usage • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products, create technical presentations, and travel to customer sites as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent • 5+ years experience in presales Enterprise engagements, customer success, account management, or client-facing role in EDA • Experience with ECAD tools including schematic and PCB design, project data management, library/component management, PLM integration, MCAD Collaboration, process definition, workflows, and signal integrity analysis • Ability to engage customers at business level, effective in a matrix management organization, excellent communication skills • Willingness to travel 30%
