• Drive strategic initiatives for Altium by effectively positioning new products on the Cloud Platform • Consultative approach to deeply understand customers' challenges and goals • Identify and sell solution packages to help customers reach their business objectives • Play a critical part in the Cloud go-to-market strategy • Set up for success in a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive culture • Establish relationships within a defined set of accounts to achieve net new revenue growth targets • Craft territory plan and target account strategies using analytics and market intelligence • Lead in orchestrating the transition of accounts and sales playbook • Follow strategic product planning • Develop effective account plans for new product revenue growth • Creative marketing and prospecting • Understand customers' strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape • Close sales opportunities and advance new business revenue goals • Orchestrate account transition after closing sales • Ensure effective adoption of new products

Requirements

• Proven track record of positioning SaaS / PaaS products and/or Management Consulting • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business needs • Break down complex sales processes into discrete activities • Excellent interpersonal skills • Self-starter and innovator
