📋 Description

• Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Jamf Pro environments • Ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of corporate devices • Administer and troubleshoot macOS • Manage Windows and Apple devices • Manage patch management, software deployment, and device enrollment • Support automation and corporate endpoint management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience • Advanced/Fluent English (required) • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager • Experience with Jamf Pro administration • macOS administration and troubleshooting • Management of Windows and Apple devices • Experience with Windows Autopilot • Knowledge of Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Endpoint Security • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory • Knowledge of PowerShell and automation • Experience with MDM/UEM and corporate endpoint management • Experience with patch management, software deployment, and device enrollment • Advanced or fluent Spanish (preferred) • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Bash, shell scripting or Python, Jamf and Microsoft certifications, and knowledge of Zero Trust and endpoint security best practices (preferred)
