📋 Description

• Manage IT infrastructure projects • Lead multifunctional teams without direct reporting authority • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control • Manage risks, schedules, dependencies, changes, resource allocation, governance, and stakeholders • Influence technical areas, suppliers, and executive leadership • Plan, acquire/procure, implement, monitor, maintain, and decommission IT infrastructure assets • Coordinate with infrastructure components including servers, storage, networks, operating systems, enterprise applications, data centers, cloud computing, security tools, and data management • Support projects involving infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with IT infrastructure project management • Experience with project management methodologies • Experience leading multifunctional teams without direct reporting authority • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, costs, and suppliers • Practical experience in project planning, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, resource allocation, governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management • Intermediate Smartsheet proficiency • Advanced Excel proficiency • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency • Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL, AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Services, SDx, and Cyber Security • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, network equipment, operating systems, enterprise applications, data centers, cloud computing, security tools, and data management • Understanding of the infrastructure lifecycle, including planning, procurement, implementation, asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and decommissioning • Experience or knowledge with Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Rental Man, Vertex, Azure, Citrix, Databricks, and OneID • Fluent English is mandatory • Higher education in Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is desirable • Experience in large corporate environments and infrastructure, cloud, security, or technology transformation projects is desirable • CAPM certification is desirable; PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, and ITIL certifications are valued
