Description
• Develop Revenue Operations (RevOps) initiative, focusing on aligning core operational functions around critical revenue data • Lead and expand RevOps infrastructure, providing support to Customer Success and Sales teams • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback • Establish and manage key business metrics • Provide support for administrative functions throughout sales and customer success processes
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in an operations role • Expertise in customer success operations and sales operations • Experience in Data, Analytics, and Cloud consultancy sectors • Strong project management skills • Leadership experience in driving operational teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to drive high-performance operations teams • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding revenue targets • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Familiarity with government procurement processes • Collaboration and influencing skills • Understanding of bid management processes
