Description

• Create informative and compelling job specs for open positions • Source and engage with potential and passive candidates through job boards, social media, relationship building and other channels • Build pipelines of talent for data and digital transformation teams, using Breezy HR to track and maintain talent pools • Educate external talent about Amber Labs • Identify and evaluate potential candidates based on profiles, and prequalify them through conducting detailed candidate screening conversations • Provide pre-qualified candidates to recruiters to interview and progress for open positions • Collaborate with candidates, recruiters, and internal employees to schedule interviews • Create a positive candidate experience for talent you engage with, including in the feedback provided to successful and unsuccessful candidates • Manage talent pool activity and share data-centric updates with recruiters for broader communication with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Knowledge in sourcing and engaging candidates • Experience using recruitment tools such as Breezy HR • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Well-developed organizational and time management skills • Understanding of digital transformation and data practices
