Description

• Provide legal support and advice across multiple business units and legal entities • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including software licensing agreements • Liaise with clients and external counsels on legal matters • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance with data privacy laws • Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate legal risks • Maintain a centralized contract management system • Conduct due diligence and research, ad hoc projects

Requirements

• A degree in law (LLM or equivalent) from a top-tier university • At least 2 years experience in a Big 4 Firm combined with in-house experience • Good understanding of intellectual property, commercial contracts, and data privacy law • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Experience in negotiating and drafting technology-related contracts • Proficient in English and Italian
