Description
• As a Member of the Anchor Labs Compliance, Brokerage and Trading team, you will be a subject matter expert and strong contributor in developing a Compliance framework and supervisory system for entities offering trading and brokerage services domestically and internationally and supporting compliance for non-regulated entities at Anchor Labs. You will work closely with various business units - Platform & Brokerage, Settlements, Operations, Client Experience, Legal, Product, to ensure Anchorage Digital’s products and services are compliant with applicable regulations. • We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Financial Systems and Data Analytics Lead role
Requirements
• 5+ years of AML/CFT and/or compliance experience in the crypto industry. • Knowledge in cryptocurrency regulatory framework and licensing process (US and abroad). • Passion for building compliance programs for early stage products, creating V1 procedures and documenting policies. • Expertise using blockchain analytics tools, understanding KYC/AML/sanctions alerts investigation and disposition. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, understanding risk-based due diligence and compliance.
