📋 Description

• Design and enhance self-service support flows • Structure and analyze chatbot architectures • Ensure standardized support, consistency across channels, and a high-quality conversational experience • Identify risks and opportunities in Chatbot and WhatsApp projects • Monitor post-implementation support and propose continuous improvement initiatives • Research, evaluate, and implement solutions based on Generative AI, intelligent automation, and Omnichannel strategies • Lead integrations with internal and external systems through APIs • Map customer journeys and identify automation opportunities • Propose improvements to support processes • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong interpersonal relationships • Logical reasoning and a systemic understanding of processes • Excellent writing and thought-organization skills • Knowledge of APIs and system integration, including endpoints, requests, and authentication • Knowledge of programming logic or at least one programming language • Experience designing, developing, or enhancing conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants • More than 6 months of service as an educator • At least 6 months since the last internal transfer or position change • Not currently participating in another internal recruitment process • Application submitted within the established deadline • Manager informed of the application for the internal position
