Description

• Fully remote role from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia • Partner with sales and services teams to lead customer engagements • Ensure customers realize true value from Annalise.ai products • Design, develop and deliver client-specific product training • Conduct regular reporting and business review sessions • Collaborate with Product Management team to gather customer insights • Proactively explore growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree level education in Medical Imaging, Healthcare IT or equivalent • Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows in Radiology • Technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems • Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Experience with survey tools, data analysis and reporting • Results driven and collaborative team player • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for the role as needed • Nice to have: Previous clinical applications, customer success and/or sales experience within the healthcare industry, Formal qualifications including project or change management certifications, and/or Previous experience with Salesforce
