Description

• Lead a team of high-performing sales professionals • Drive revenue growth and expand customer base in assigned region • Work closely with key stakeholders to build relationships and execute strategic enterprise sales initiatives • Build, develop, and manage a large team of Sales Directors • Enable team to drive opportunities using MEDDIC principles and articulate ROI • Build cross-functional relationships across Anomalo • Regular travel required

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience building and developing large teams of enterprise sales representatives • Experience with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding sales teams • Experience building sales pipeline and selling to C-level executives • Experience with MEDDIC principles and sales process improvement • Deep knowledge of the modern data stack • Ability to co-sell with key data & analytics partners • Quick learning of Anomalo's value proposition to support team and overcome objections
