📋 Description

• Customize initial discussions based on patient needs and explain personalized program benefits • Manage inquiries through phone, email, voicemail, and other communication channels • Process and manage referrals, targeting conversion within 7–10 days • Manage multiple referral loops for a large patient panel • Enter clinical survey scores, diagnostic tests, RPM, and RTM data • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments • Communicate care schedules to patients • Process inbound and outbound medical records • Maintain accurate EMR records, care notes, and face sheets • Attend clinical meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items and timelines • Collaborate with physicians, engineers, designers, and care team members • Resolve patient issues and complaints • Achieve daily call quotas of 75–100 interactions • Adhere to performance metrics for incentive-plan eligibility • Complete required assessment tasks involving facility calls, order follow-up, patient scheduling, patient notification, and internal notes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, nursing, or a related clinical discipline • 2+ years of professional experience in a customer service or healthcare setting • Solid grasp of the US healthcare system and its intricacies • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with CRM systems, EMR software, and standard office applications (e.g., Google Suite) • Training or experience in clinical medicine, such as a nursing degree, nursing assistant, or clinical scribe • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute • Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps • Quiet home environment for work • Ability to work in US time zones (EST) • Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekend shifts as required • Experience in the healthcare industry or with medical terminology • Proven track record in sales • Familiarity with remote patient monitoring systems • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare privacy practices
