Description

• Partner cross-functionally with leaders in sales, marketing, revenue operations, customer support, and customer success• Drive forecasting and annual planning for bookings, operating expenses, headcount, and performance optimization• Provide analyses and insights into key metrics for strategic decision-making• Share valuable insights on operational and financial metrics in business reviews• Assist with driving company's growth and scaling through process and systems improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales finance or revenue-focused role at a SaaS or high-growth tech company• Experience in equity research, private equity, hedge fund, or investment banking a plus• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and financial modeling experience• Passion for hyper-growth SaaS and/or enterprise software business models• Proficient in using SQL for data analysis, Databricks and Tableau experience a plus• Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate thoughtfully, communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and demonstrate curiosity and bias toward action
