Description

• Highly motivated Business Intelligence Data Analyst • Collect and process data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within the data • Analyze business processes, needs and pains • Develop and unit test end to end solutions to solve business problems with data and BI technologies • Utilize tools such as SQL, Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, and excel to create reports, insights, dashboards, visualizations, and analysis • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations • Identify opportunities to streamline data products with a continuous improvement mindset • Collaborate with different departments within the firm to provide data-driven insights • Support strategic planning through data analysis • Act as support for end users of BI and analytics data products • Engage with users to help them self-serve data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role • Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with the ability to design and develop end-to-end solutions • Familiarity with data modeling concepts • Comfortable working with large datasets in a dynamic environment • Ability to identify relevant KPIs and metrics • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations • Clearly convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Problem-solving mindset to approach challenges with creativity and propose innovative solutions • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment • Certifications in Power BI are advantageous • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus
