Description

• Support the FP&A team in analyses, budgeting and forecasting • Assist in updating YTD insights for Practice Group Leadership • Update firmwide Budget & Forecast in Workday Adaptive Insights • Drive process improvements for the FP&A function • Work on ad hoc projects with finance department, senior management, and departmental leads • Identify ways to improve financial reporting and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • Minimum of 1 year of financial planning & analysis experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI is a plus • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task • Results-oriented with a process improvement & growth mindset • Strong financial management background
