We are currently seeking a Benefits Administration Sales Professional (SP) to join our dynamic team at Aptia. This role is vital for expanding our customer base and helping us maintain our competitive edge in the market. As a Sales Professional, you will act as a strategic partner & collaborate closely with the U.S. Growth Team. The SP combines deep technical expertise in benefits administration with sales and communication skills to support the sales process. Their primary objective is to generate new business opportunities. A Benefits Administration Sales Professional is responsible for selling and promoting benefit administration services to clients.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, applied to group settings. • Ability to work under pressures of time constraint. • Identify areas for improvement and effectively drive appropriate change within business. • Partner with business leadership, national and market leadership teams to develop strategic direction. • Strong client relationship skills: initiate, cultivate and maintain ability to directly influence client decisions at the buyer/leadership level. • Ability to negotiate advantageous financial and service contract terms • The Benefits Administration SP will need to be, or get licensed for Life & Health • Experience selling, implementing, and/or servicing HR/payroll systems or benefits plan systems. • Experience in the employee health and benefits consulting / strategy field. • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills • Experience in client management, client issue resolution, and facilitating business processes discussions.
