Description

• Responsibilities: • Act as a strong IT Business Analyst and Product Owner for one or more large, complex projects with high value to the organization • Works with cross-functional, self-managed development teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement • Build and maintain Agile (Scrum / Sprint) team backlog with input from various team members • Collaborate with other Product Owners, Agile teams, and business owners to gather requirements, creating a shared understanding with stakeholders • Write user stories and requirements that include clear acceptance criteria • Facilitate meetings with development and quality assurance teams to drive the implementation of all functional and non-functional requirements to completion • Participate in testing when needed • Review completed work products prior to delivery
