📋 Description
• Creative Strategists are the creative leaders of the business • Work with the creative team & Client to create, plan and deliver strategic visions for clients • Maintain a cohesive visual and thematic style for projects and campaigns • Ensure client content performs well, and dive into the strategy when adjustments are needed • Constantly communicate with clients, discerning their needs and goals • Provide expert opinions on strategic pivots • Oversee brainstorming sessions, manage budgets, supervise creative decisions, and produce projects
🎯 Requirements
• Be available from 9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday-Friday, for meetings and Slack/text communication • Assist the Project Manager in creating tasks for video editors • Attend meetings with clients, the creative team and social media management team, and ad buyers to ensure alignment • Review, revise, and create content as needed for clients • Attend video shoots virtually when necessary • Come up with ideas and create shot lists for clients • Review client reports and adjust strategies as needed
