📋 Description

• Analyze usage data and derive actionable recommendations for leadership teams. • Build churn, engagement, and expansion scoring models. • Identify early warning signals that precede churn or increased customer value. • Set up customer prioritization dashboards for Customer Success and Business teams. • Centralize customer knowledge from Mixpanel, the CRM, and other sources. • Structure a unified, reliable view of customer behavior. • Define and maintain key customer lifecycle metrics. • Build robust customer intelligence pipelines. • Design and deploy automation scenarios triggered by behavioral signals. • Create personalized communications based on engagement level. • Orchestrate workflows covering onboarding, reactivation, and expansion. • Continuously measure and optimize the impact of initiatives. • Present insights to the Executive Committee and leadership teams. • Translate behavioral signals into product, marketing, and business recommendations. • Become the internal authority on customer intelligence and promote data-driven decision-making. • Within 90 days, deliver a data source map, two operational dashboards, three automation scenarios in production, and a churn scoring model covering 80%+ of the active customer base. • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams within the Product team.

• Analytical mindset: you know how to extract, analyze, and transform data into actionable recommendations. • Automation mindset: you design workflows and integrations that simplify and accelerate work. • Comfortable with AI: you use AI tools daily to code, analyze, and work more efficiently. • Action-oriented builder: you prefer creating useful solutions over producing analyses that remain theoretical. • Self-directed and proactive: you take initiative, prioritize your work, and know how to win over the right stakeholders. • Ability to analyze usage data and build scoring models. • Experience with customer data tools and sources such as Mixpanel and CRM systems. • Ability to design workflows, integrations, and automations triggered by behavioral signals. • Comfortable presenting insights to leadership teams and the Executive Committee.
