📋 Description

• Manage executive inbox and correspondence • Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments • Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips • Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings • Organize files, documents, and data for easy access • Book travel and manage itineraries • Conduct light research to support decision-making • Manage MLS listings and property data entry • Coordinate transaction timelines and communication • Schedule showings, open houses, and vendor appointments • Create flyers, listing presentations, and marketing collateral • Post properties online and on social media • Handle client communication and follow-up • Research comps, market data, and neighborhood insights

🎯 Requirements
