Description
• Overseeing financial and operational aspects of the organization • Managing accounting operations including A/P, collections, invoicing, payroll, and vendor spend • Monthly close activities in partnership with outsourced bookkeepers • Handling business operations and compliance tasks such as HR compliance, benefits management, insurance, sales tax, corporate tax, and procurement • Collaborating with CFO on reporting and strategic decision making
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and operations management • Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks Online), Excel, and G-suite • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities • US GAAP Knowledge
