Description

• Utilize business process expertise to define and design customer solutions • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops • Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles • Contribute to projects/programs that address future concepts, products, and technologies • Serve as the single point of contact for all sprint work for the other team members • Help to direct more junior members of the team • Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies

Requirements

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas within the ServiceNow platform • Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites • Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools • Certified System Administrator preferred • Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred • Strong presentation skills • Strong project and situational awareness • Strong communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong customer service skills • Self-starter
