Description

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering • Prepare technical requirement documentation for customer business systems • Interpret and articulate user needs into product features • Manage scope and priorities for feature delivery • Refine backlog of features and conduct testing • Communicate product features and bugs at the time of delivery • Contribute to integrating APIs into various business applications • Be ruthless about bug fixing before going live

Requirements

• B.S. degree in a STEM field • 3-5+ years of customer-facing roles • Experience managing a small team • Passion for customer and technical support • Proficiency in Salesforce and JIRA • Experience in automation-based improvements for customer support • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Adaptability and flexibility • Familiarity with biopharma operations and drug discovery (nice to have)
