• Review and analyze prospect call recordings to assess adherence to sales playbooks • Identify areas for improvement in sales representatives' calls • Enhance CRM data accuracy • Provide actionable feedback to sales leadership • Develop a framework to scale sales playbook execution globally • Monitor and report on KPIs related to sales effectiveness • Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes and tools • Support channel sales team with partner program • Oversee operational tasks for the Americas team

Requirements

• Minimum undergraduate degree in engineering, economics, or business • 3-4 years of experience working with sales/growth teams or business consultancy • Flexibility to adjust working hours to US time zone • Problem-solving skills and strong business judgment • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting • Ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent oral and written English skills • Experience as a sales representative and understanding of sales playbook execution is a plus
