Description
• Revenue Operations Manager responsible for managing and optimizing revenue operations processes to drive revenue growth and efficiency • Drive sales strategy and planning • Ongoing administration, enablement, and optimization of platforms and tools • Prioritize internal system requests/issues and actioning promptly • Oversee and optimize revenue operations processes, sales enablement, sales forecasting, and deal management • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth • Analyze sales and revenue data • Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals • Implement and maintain revenue operations systems and tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable processes and policies
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with Salesforce and customizing Salesforce • Experience with managing Outreach or similar Sales Engagement software • Excellent leadership and organizational skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to analyze and interpret sales and revenue data
