📋 Description
• Responsible for aggressively sourcing and recruiting top-performing candidates • Utilize a variety of resources for sourcing and hiring talent • Ensure that Astreya attracts, hires, and retains the best employees • Facilitate initial communications and screening interviews • Proactively communicate with Astreya managers and staff • Participate in completing daily HR duties including referrals, interviews, and offers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-year college or university • 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Builds productive internal and external working relationships • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices • Understanding of how to use social media to attract and engage technical talent • Proficient user of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
