• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the directors • Manage their calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting agendas • Maintain office supplies & merchandise by checking inventory and ordering items as needed • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments • Maintain and update client and candidate databases in company CRM • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documentation • Handle incoming and outgoing communications • Assist with the organization and coordination of company events • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
