Description
• Support the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) • Provide HR support to the HR Operations Division (HROD) • Delivery of core HR services • Recruitment and staffing support • Conduct job analyses and develop interview assessments • Implement all aspects of recruitment to hire functions • Perform routine clerical and document management responsibilities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 10 years’ experience specific to Federal staffing operations • Expertise in Federal regulations related to HR staffing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in the use of Windows-based computer platforms • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite • Able to work 100% Telework
