📋 Description

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude • Solve problems and create positive experiences for every customer • Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction • Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems • Work closely with the team to keep improving the service provided

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch • Good English; B2+ English level • Strong communication and active listening skills • Problem-solving, can-do mindset • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude • Availability to work in shifts • High school diploma or equivalent • Clean criminal record • Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã) • Resident of a country within the European Union • CV must be sent in English
