Requirements

• BA/BS or MBA from accredited university • 3+ years of work experience; consulting / investing and start up experience preferred • Lead and influence across multiple levels (incl. C-suite / VP level executives) and multiple functions of an organization, as well as being a trusted advisor to leadership • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills • Previous experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders • Ability to track and execute multiple simultaneous projects • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment • High emotional intelligence • Openness and responsiveness to feedback • Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment: a highly proactive self-starter
