• Each day, hundreds of people seek our help getting disability benefits or insurance compensation. • Atticus’s role, often, is to connect these individuals with a local law firm. • It’ll be on you to bridge that gap: you’ll deeply know these firms, improve their practices, and manage any issues that arise. • You’ll transform these small businesses, giving them the tools, skills, and knowledge to grow their practices and help more people. • A typical day might include speaking with a few of your law firm accounts as part of a larger coaching effort to improve their practice, working with our product team to better design and implement on the many free products we provide to firms, ideating on and implementing your own novel solutions to help out a firm, contributing to the development of the Lawyer Network department, and much more. • This job is a unique version of account management, focused on genuinely caring about improving small businesses and helping those in crisis. • No prior legal knowledge or experience is required.
• Account management or enterprise account sales experience, ideally involving strategic performance management. • Excitement for deeply caring about and improving multiple small businesses, and ability to confidently and professionally communicate with all staff at a law firm. • Autonomy in work and good judgment in issue escalation. • Full vaccination against COVID-19. Bonus / Nice-to-Have: • Previous experience at a fast-growing startup or high-performing service/sales/support team with great customer service. • Completion of a socially-focused, hands-on internship or significant volunteer experience. • Strong commitment to building a diverse team.
