• Provide expert advice on compliance matters • Deliver compliance training • Perform compliance risk assessments • Design and implement compliance risk management processes • Support group risk assessment process • Implement strategies and controls to manage compliance risks • Monitor compliance with the Avalere Health Compliance Program • Manage data protection and handle complaints • Drive Compliance Communications plan • Lead Corporate Compliance program and team

Requirements

• Implementation of compliance operations including policy drafting, training, monitoring, and investigations • Knowledge of corporate legislation • Experience in conducting 2nd line monitoring of regulatory and compliance risks • Excellent communication skills • Strong personal skills and influencing abilities • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks • Stay updated on regulations and industry practices • Attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to build positive relationships at all levels • Desirable: Knowledge of healthcare compliance, line management experience, willingness to travel
