📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle across Laboratory & Production Services sites • Design, implement, and maintain quality process audits supporting operational excellence • Conduct audits evaluating process effectiveness, compliance, KPIs, and SLAs • Develop audit documentation, reporting standards, and quality validation processes • Support Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma implementation and verification • Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements • Facilitate audit reviews, discovery sessions, and improvement workshops • Identify process inefficiencies and develop practical solutions • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across sites • Benchmark LPS services and identify standardisation opportunities • Develop and monitor corrective actions and improvement plans with site leadership • Establish feedback loops for continuous learning and sustainable improvements • Create consistent audit processes and KPI reporting frameworks with the BAM team • Validate audit findings and KPI data • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through performance analysis • Analyse operational and audit data and translate it into recommendations • Track audit plans, project deliverables, and improvement programmes • Monitor service performance and measure improvement impact • Contribute to RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses • Provide quality expertise during new customer implementations • Support talent assessment and selection for large-scale LPS engagements • Develop innovative service solutions and future best practices with internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Operations, or a related technical discipline preferred • Experience within Quality Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Auditing, or Continuous Improvement environments • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to build strong relationships across geographically dispersed teams • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for process quality • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Willingness to travel across customer locations in Europe (up to 25%)
