📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end generalist recruitment & selection processes (role alignment, sourcing/hunting, screening, interviews, feedback) • Post job openings and optimize job ads (LinkedIn, Google for Jobs, job boards) • Proactively source candidates (hunting) and apply a consultative approach • Administer and interpret behavioral and technical assessments (when applicable) • Manage candidate pipeline and statuses in ATS and spreadsheets • Produce basic recruitment & selection KPI reports

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mid-level Recruitment & Selection Analyst working with generalist roles • Experience in HR consulting or managing multiple concurrent openings • Experience conducting competency-based interviews and managing end-to-end hiring processes • Proficiency with job distribution platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) • Organized, strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on deadlines and quality • Availability to work as a contractor (PJ), 100% remote • Experience with administrative, sales, or leadership roles (differential) • Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel, SLA) (differential) • Knowledge of employer branding and copywriting for job ads (differential) • Previous experience in a small company or startup environment (differential)
