• Prepare and record Acquisition/Disposition journal entries • Quarterly Client Entity Level Reporting (GAAP Financial Reporting) - Monthly/ quarterly accrual journal entries for Real Estate Taxes, Insurance, Fees, and other items as needed - Bad Debt analysis and corresponding entries - Monthly cash reconciliations - Monthly Debt review/recording of waterfall amounts - Reconciliation and tracking of intercompany transactions - Review of all other balance sheet account balances • Property Management Review/Audit/Oversite • Compliance and Tax Reporting • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Passion for real estate and a strong desire to learn • Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field of study • 3+ years of financial accounting experience. Experience in real estate and property management accounting is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace • Experience with NetSuite a plus • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • CPA is a plus but not required
