📋 Description

• Support customers with all questions relating to their IT systems • Install, operate, and maintain server systems, including documentation • Implement adjustments to operating systems and application software • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues in direct contact with users • Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support • Administer virtual Windows servers and the VMware platform

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification • Very good knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware, such as servers, storage, backup systems, switches, and routers • Experience in project-based work and with an IT systems integrator is desirable • Strong service orientation • Team player • Independent, structured, and proactive approach to work • Class B driver's license • Fluent German and good English skills
