Description
• Lead strategic operations and IT planning • Assess and update internal systems and processes • Provide direction and oversight to operations, IT, and Executive Assistant teams • Support staff wellness and equity in decision-making • Build cross-functional collaboration and relationships • Coach, mentor, and develop operations, IT, and EA team • Envision, implement, and manage strategic operations and IT plan • Lead knowledge management and technical support • Partner with legal and finance teams for strategic operational compliance • Lead transition towards sustainable, innovative, and values-aligned practices
Requirements
• Seasoned executive leader with nonprofit operations and IT expertise • Outstanding communicator and change leader • Equity-centered decision-making and management • Experience in team leadership and relationship building • Strategic visioning, project management, and knowledge management experience • Salesforce experience (preferred) • Deep belief in organizational mission and values
Benefits
• $190,000 - $210,000 salary • 100% employer paid health insurance plus 50% for dependents/families • An employer retirement plan
