Description
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products • Oversee entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch • Ensure alignment with business strategy and goals • Manage and coordinate multiple product programs and projects • Analyze and report on product performance, user feedback, market trends • Mentor and coach product teams • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field • 8+ years of experience in program management • Proven track record of delivering software products on time and within budget • Strong knowledge of product and program management methodologies • Ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams • Experience in managing complex, large-scale product programs • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
